What we collect

This site has no accounts. The contact form opens your own mail app with your message filled in; nothing you type is stored on the site. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Email correspondence you send to our business addresses: your name, email address, and the content of your message, plus our replies and follow-ups.
• Technical data processed automatically when you use the site: IP address, browser type, device information, and request metadata in our hosting provider’s server and security logs.

How we collect it

We collect information when you email us or otherwise communicate with our team. Cloudflare processes requests automatically when it serves the site. The site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google when a page loads.

Why we use it

• Respond to bookings, commissions, and other professional inquiries.
• Manage professional relationships and our inquiry pipeline, including records kept in email.

• Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, and edge security (global infrastructure).
• Google: the Google Fonts service used by the site, and Google Workspace, which stores and manages messages sent to and from our business email addresses.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our processors operate. We use the safeguards required by applicable law, including processor agreements with standard contractual clauses where relevant.

How long we keep it

• Inquiry and lead records: up to 36 months after our last meaningful contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Client and project records: up to 7 years after the end of a project or last payment, where needed for tax, accounting, or legal claims.
• Server and security logs: for a limited period according to our providers’ retention settings.

Email backups may retain copies for a limited time under our providers’ policies even after we delete messages from active mailboxes.
